My Updated Everyday Natural Makeup Routine

Hey, friends! I can’t believe that I haven’t done a blog post since November! It’s definitely easy to get behind, because Instagram is where my focus is most of the time. I don’t ever want to leave behind my blog, though! 🙂 Most of you asked for me to share my updated everyday natural makeup routine, so I will list everything in order below!

Everyday Natural Makeup Routine:

First thing in the morning, I wash my face, apply my anti-aging serum and my moisturizer, and then I blend in this foundation with a foundation brush! I wear the shade Fair. This is my favorite foundation, because it is acne safe, gives you great coverage without feeling heavy at all, and it stays on so well all day!

Under Eye Concealer

Next, I apply my under eye concealer with a damp makeup sponge. I use the shade “16N Fair-Light Neutral” in the Shape Tape. If you prefer a drugstore option, the Instant Age Rewind one works really well too (Fair is my shade). I have been setting my under eyes a little bit with the Bare Minerals Foundation Powder (Fair Ivory 02). For a drugstore option, I love the NYX powder too.

Concealer for Dark Spots

At this point, I usually cover up any dark spots or acne that I think need a little more coverage than just the foundation. I have two products that I use to do this.

I received the Hey Honey Concealer over a year ago in a subscription box, and I haven’t stopped using it since. I never mention it, but I use it daily, so I guess I really should! 🙂 It reduces redness SO much, so I mainly love to use it on acne. It also has treatment benefits, and a little bit goes a VERY long way. I still have yet to buy a new one! Then I use the NYX concealer (shade Light or Fair) to cover up any other dark spots from recent acne scars, etc.)

Bronzer, Blush, Highlighter

I recently started using this contour palette and love it!! I use it for my bronzer and highlighter. This blush is also a more recent find, and I love the peachy tones in it!

I have used the NYX Micro Brow Pencil in Taupe for a very long time, and it works so well! I also usually go through my eyebrows with the ELF brow gel to help hold my brows in place.

I have been using the Urban Decay Born to Run Palette for a while now, but I only use the neutral/brown tones. So when it runs out, I will probably try out the Tarte Toasted Eyeshadow Palette! I love both brands of eyeshadow! I also always now apply a bit of dark brown eyeshadow with a slanted brush to my lower lash line! Make it the darkest on your outer corners! That makes such a difference! 😉

My favorite affordable mascara that I have been using daily and ships PRIME is the Lash Princess Mascara! My other favorite is the Lash Paradise Mascara, but I always feel like I need to buy the primer with it, so I tend to just order the Lash Princess Mascara lately!

Setting Spray/Hydro Mist

I usually spray the NYX dewy setting spray at the end! I also love to spray on the Pacifica Hydro Mist! It smells amazing and feels so good on your skin!

Lip Gloss

I honestly normally just wear some chapstick or one of these lip glosses lately on a daily basis. I like the shades Peony Buff & Apricot Silk in the Revlon one and Radiant Rose/Ballet Pink in the Neutrogena Hydro Boost one!

That’s It! 🙂

I hope that this post is helpful! This is my everyday natural makeup routine, and I don’t change much when I want a more glam look. I normally only add some eyeliner, a darker eyeshadow in my eyelid crease, and a little bit of a darker lip color for that!

I hope you all have a wonderful rest of your week!
